                “Vox túrturis audita est in terra nostra”     

                               (Cant. II, 12)                       

               

            Mesmo crendo que o texto da terceira parte do Segredo de Fátima não foi devidamente ou inteiramente ou de modo nenhum revelado pelo Vaticano, temos sérias razões para pensar que ele trata da apostasia atual.

            Ora desde há muito tempo vemos o mundo católico traído por parte de sua hierarquia. Um artigo de Gustavo Corção (publicado em “Diário de Notícias”, de 20 de outubro 1967) já denunciava esta traição. Deixemos a palavra ao ilustre escritor:

            “Tenho diante dos olhos um programa que anuncia: COMEMORAÇÃO DA REFORMA LUTERANA em fins deste mês. E quem é que quer comemorar os 450 anos de luteranismo? Os católicos. Aconselhados por quem? Pela hierarquia eclesiástica desta cidade do Rio de Janeiro. Sim senhores: os católicos querem COMEMORAR a data que foi um desastre para a Igreja e para a Civilização. Em nome de quê? Dizem que em nome do ecumenismo (…) E aqui está a consciência católica mais uma vez afligida, mais uma vez aturdida diante de novidades tolas que surgem por toda a parte como se já não existisse autoridade na Igreja. Disse autoridade? Não, digo como se já não existisse Igreja.”

            Festejaram no Rio os 450 anos da Reforma, apesar dos protestos do pequeno grupo de fiéis que, com Gustavo Corção, tentavam, com sucesso, permanecer católicos, mas que tentavam, sem sucesso, abrir os olhos da hierarquia e impedir mais um ultraje lançado ao rosto de nossa Mãe a Santa Igreja. Hoje, festejam-se os 500 anos não só no Rio mas em Roma. Não tenho todos os detalhes dos atos e ditos do Papa Francisco a esse respeito, mas tenho na memória que ao longo destes 50 últimos anos os inimigos da Igreja se fartaram em exaltar hereges e em humilhar Dom Lefebvre, Dom Antõnio de Castro Mayer, sem falar de São Pio X e todos os pontífices, os quais não são senão os enviados d'Aquele que disse: “Quem vos despreza, a mim despreza.”

            E a autoridade da Igreja? E a Igreja? Onde estão? Estão em parte ocupadas por cruéis inimigos e em parte por cegos que não sabem o que fazem.

            Vigilemos e oremos, pois esta é a hora das trevas. A Igreja está em agonia como seu divino Esposo. Vigiemos com ela nesta hora.

"Vox túrturis audita est in terra nostra"

Even though we believe that the text of the third part of the Secret of Fatima was not either properly or entirely or not at all revealed by the Vatican, we have serious reasons to think that it deals with the current apostasy.

For a long time, we have seen the Catholic world betrayed by its hierarchy. An article by Gustavo Corção (published in "Diário de Notícias" –  or “Daily News”, October 20, 1967) already denounced such betrayal. Let us leave the word to the illustrious writer:

"I have before my eyes a program that announces: COMMEMORATION OF THE LUTHERAN REFORM at the end of this month. And who wants to celebrate the 450 years of Lutheranism? The Catholics. Advised by whom? By the ecclesiastical hierarchy of this city of Rio de Janeiro. Yes, gentlemen: Catholics want to CELEBRATE the date that was a disaster for the Church and for Civilization. In the name of what? They say that in the name of ecumenism ... And here is the Catholic conscience once again afflicted, once again stunned by silly novelties that appear everywhere as if there were no authority in the Church. Have I said authority? No, I say as if there were no Church at all. "

The 450 years of the Reformation were celebrated in Rio, despite the protests of the small group of faithful who, with Gustavo Corção, tried to remain Catholic, but who unsuccessfully tried to open the eyes of the hierarchy and to prevent another outrage before the very Face of our Mother, the Holy Church. Today, the 500 years are celebrated not only in Rio but in Rome. I do not have all the details of the acts and sayings of Pope Francis in this respect, but I have in mind that over the past 50 years, the enemies of the Church have been content to exalt heretics and to humiliate Archbishop  Lefebvre, Bishop Antonio de Castro Mayer, without mentioning St. Pius X and all the pontiffs, who are but the messengers of the One who said: "He who despises you despises me."

And what about the authority of the Church? And the Church? Where are they? They are partly occupied by cruel enemies and partly by the blind who do not know what they are doing.

Let us watch and pray, for this is the hour of darkness. The Church is in agony as her divine Bridegroom. Let us keep watching with her in this hour.
